System Outputs

The system can out put all information in one of four formats:
  • Printed Report and Graphics Directly to HTML to allow views via a web browser
  • Output to Excel and Word if additional text and data is required
  • PDF Files via Adobe Acrobat
  • Standard reports showing all measurements per interval, maximum and minimum over period and average data are available.

All reports are backed up with easy to read graphs. Each system is also customised with reports specific to that site. The graphics engines in Ecostat allow the user to easily run pre-determined graphs like yearly and monthly averages as well as wind roses and pollution roses. The system generates all these graphs as standard reports. As new graphs are created or released and updates are made to the system – these changes are then available automatically to each user. It is also possible to define specific user reports for clients so that they have unique reports when they log into Ecostat. This option is discussed at time of configuration and setup. Exports of data on a regular basis and specific format are also available to Ecostat users. The Ecostat graphics package creates high resolution images which can be imported into popular packages like PowerPoint and Word.

System Integrity

The corner stone of any reputable Air Quality Monitoring System is good quality data that is beyond reproach. In order to achieve this it is essential to have a data collection, instrument calibrations and data verification procedures that are completely integrated. A complete data service will be provided in which data from the proposed monitoring stations will be verified and validated and presented to the air quality management team as well structured air quality information. This will remove the difficulties frequently experienced by many network managers of displaying and reporting on large multiple station air quality data sets. The services that will be provided include Establishing automatic FTP or other daily data downloading from the monitoring equipment, Storage of the raw data on two separate servers Configuration of the data reading formats for compatibility to the Eco-Stat platform Automatic verification and validation of air quality data Provision of detailed analysis of the data verification and validation process which allows for easy data auditing by third parties. Compilation of automatic long-term statistics of the acquired data set from the monitoring equipment, The aforementioned is a complete data system, from raw data processing to data reporting and information dissemination.
